- 1/2 cup of rye flour
- 1/2 liter of water
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Bay leaf
- All spice
- Boil the water and let it cool.
- Add the flour to a glass jar and add half of the water. Mix well.
- Add the rest of water and all the spices.
- Cover lightly and leave in warm place for 2 to 4 days.
