Pasta with Eggs and Sausage – Makaron z Jajkami i Kiełbasą – Recipe #279


  • 2 cups of cooked pasta
  • 200 g of Polish sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbs of heavy whipping cream
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Chop the sausage into cubes.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add whipping cream and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk until all is well combined.
  4. Fry the cut sausage until it starts browning.
  5. Add cooked pasta and stir well.
  6. When everything is heated up add the eggs mixture and cook until desired thickness.

Serve and enjoy!
