- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- 200 g of Polish sausage
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbs of heavy whipping cream
- Salt and pepper
- Chop the sausage into cubes.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add whipping cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk until all is well combined.
- Fry the cut sausage until it starts browning.
- Add cooked pasta and stir well.
- When everything is heated up add the eggs mixture and cook until desired thickness.
