Basil Pesto – Pesto z Bazylii – Recipe #282

Ingredients:



  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan
  • 3 clove or garlic
  • around 1/4 cup water
  • 4 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 30 g of walnuts
  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt
  • 60 g, basil leaves, fresh

Instructions:

  1. Add basil and olive oil to the food and process for around 30 seconds.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients except the water and process until smooth.
  3. Slowly keep adding water until you get desired consistency. I usually add around 1/4 cup.
  4. Serve on the toast or with pasta
