- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 tbsp Parmesan
- 3 clove or garlic
- around 1/4 cup water
- 4 tbsp ricotta cheese
- 30 g of walnuts
- 1/4 tsp of sea salt
- 60 g, basil leaves, fresh
- Add basil and olive oil to the food and process for around 30 seconds.
- Add all the remaining ingredients except the water and process until smooth.
- Slowly keep adding water until you get desired consistency. I usually add around 1/4 cup.
- Serve on the toast or with pasta
