Beetroots with Bacon – Buraczki Zasmazane – Recipe #246

Ingredients:



  • 500 g cooked beetroots
  • 100 g bacon
  • 1 tsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Using scissors cut the bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp.
  2. Sprinkle flour and stir.
  3. Add grated beetroots and stir until all is well combined.
  4. Cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. At the end lemon juice, stir and serve.
