- Pumpkin up to 5 pounds
- Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds with a spoon.
- Line the baking sheet with an aluminium foil.
- Place the pumpkin skin face up and cover with more aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated oven to 200c/400f for 45 to an hour. Let it cool.
- Spoon the pumpkin out into your food processor or you can use potato ricer.
- Process until smooth.
- Place in a air tight container in a fridge or freeze for up to 8 months.
