Pumpkin Puree – Puree z Dyni – Recipe #223



Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin up to 5 pounds

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds with a spoon.
  2. Line the baking sheet with an aluminium foil.
  3. Place the pumpkin skin face up and cover with more aluminum foil.
  4. Bake in preheated oven to 200c/400f for 45 to an hour. Let it cool.
  5. Spoon the pumpkin out into your food processor or you can use potato ricer.
  6. Process until smooth.
  7. Place in a air tight container in a fridge or freeze for up to 8 months.
