- Sole filets
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon juice
- 1 tbs of butter
- Wash the fish and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spray the grilling pan with non stick spray or brush with oil.
- Grill filets on medium high heat for couple of minutes each side.
- Arrange on a serving plate. Brush the fish with melted butter and sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
