Grilled Sole Filets – Grilowane Filety z Soli – Recipe #216

Ingredients:



  • Sole filets
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 tbs of butter

Instructions:

  1. Wash the fish and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. 
  2. Spray the grilling pan with non stick spray or brush with oil.
  3. Grill filets on medium high heat for couple of minutes each side.
  4. Arrange on a serving plate. Brush the fish with melted butter and sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
