Ingredients:
- 500 g Ricotta cheese/Pot cheese
- 500 gram pasta
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream plus more
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla paste
- 1 tbs of butter
- Fresh fruit or jam
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Mix cheese with cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Melt the butter on the frying pan and add the cheese mixture. Stir until all gets soft and creamy. You may have to add more cream.
- Add your creamy sauce to the pasta, add fresh fruits or your favourite jam and enjoy!
