Polish Style Potatoes – Ziemniaki po Polsku – Ania’s Polish Food Recipe #23

Ingredients:



  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Boil your potatoes with the skin on until almost done and let them cool.
  2. Cut the potatoes in thick slices and roll in bread crumbs.
  3. Fry on medium high heat until crisp and golden brown – couple of minutes on each side.
