1 cup of milk (250 ml)
1/3 cup of honey (80 ml)
1/4 cup of melted butter (60 ml)
1/2 tsp of salt
500 g of flour
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 and 1/2 tsp of instant dry yeast
1 and 1/2 cups of raisins
- Add all the ingredients in the order how they are listed in the ingredients list to the bread machine. Set the dough cycle.
- When the dough cycle is done transfer the dough on oiled surface. Shape a dough in a rectangle. Cut in three long parts. Braid the dough and then transfer to oiled loaf pan and let it rise for around one hour or until it fills in the pan.
- Bake in preheated oven to 180 C/350 F for about an hour. Cover with aluminium foil to prevent browning too much.
- Let it cool on the cooling wrack before you cut and serve.
