Ingredients:
Crepes:
- 2 cups of flour (300 g)
- 1/4 cup of sugar (50 g)
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup of water (250 ml)
- 1 cup of milk (250 ml)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs of oil
Topping:
- Peanutbutter @ Jelly
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients for crepes in a bowl and mix until all is well combined.
- Strain through a strainer to get rid of any lumps.
- Brush non stick pan with a bit of oil and fry thin crepes on medium high heat.
- Layer pancakes with peanut butter and jelly and decorate the top with some crushed peanuts and fresh fruit.
