P & J Pancake (Crepe) Mini Cakes – Torciki Nalesnikowe z Maslem Orzechowym – Recipe # 199

Ingredients:

Crepes:



  • 2 cups of flour (300 g)
  • 1/4 cup of sugar (50 g)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)
  • 1 cup of milk (250 ml)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbs of oil

Topping:

  • Peanutbutter @ Jelly

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients for crepes in a bowl and mix until all is well combined.
  2. Strain through a strainer to get rid of any lumps.
  3. Brush non stick pan with a bit of oil and fry thin crepes on medium high heat.
  4. Layer pancakes with peanut butter and jelly and decorate the top with some crushed peanuts and fresh fruit.
