Ingredients:
Pie Crust:
- 200 g of cookies
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
Cheese Filling
- 500 g of soft cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of masa krowkowa
- 1/4 cup of soft butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of flour
Glaze
- 1/2 cup of masa krowkowa
Instructions:
- Line your 8 by 8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Crush the cookies into crumbs, using food processor or ziplock bag and rolling pin.
- In a bowl stir the crumbs with melted butter until all the crumbs are moistened. Press the crumbs evenly over the bottom of your pan. Refrigerate until your cheesecake batter is ready.
- Add soft butter and cream cheese, masa krowkowa and eggs into your stand mixer fitter with a paddle attachment.
- Mix until all is well combined.
- Add flour and mix for 30 sec more.
- Transfer on your chilled cookie crust and bake for an hour in 160 degrees celsius oven. Let it cool down completely before removing from the oven and decorating.
- Drizzle with remaining masa krowkowa. You can microwave it for around 20 seconds to have better consistency.
