Slow Cooker Cabbage & Sausage – Kapusta z Kiełbasą z Wolnowaru – Recipe #292

Ingredients:



  • 1 kg of sour kraut
  • 250 g of pork sausage
  • 250 g of mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup of chicken stock

 

Instructions:

  1. Chopp the onion and mushrooms.
  2. Cut the sausage in small cubes.
  3. Rinse the sour kraut if it is too sour.
  4. Add all the ingredients to your slow cooker and mix to combine.
  5. Set for 10 h on low. It s ok to freeze!
