- 3 cups of flour
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
Add the dry ingredients to the food processor and pulse few times to combine. Add yogurt and the egg and process until you get a ball of dough. Cover and let it rest for min 20 min. Transfer on your working surface dusted with flour. Roll the dough to about 1/2 cm thick and cut into any shapes you desire. You can also use pizza cuter and cut squares.
Heat up the cast iron pan on high and fry proziaki around 3 min on each side.
Serve fresh with butter, cream cheese or any kind of spread, dip or even jam if you feel like something sweet!
