Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of almonds
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Start with mushing the bananas, then add eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil. Whisk until all is well combined.
- Mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until the flour is fully moistened. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Oil loaf pan and line with parchment paper. Transfer your batter to your pan. Bake in 180 for about an hour.
