Red Cabbage with Bacon- Modra Kapusta z Boczkiem - Recipe #299
Ingredients

Medium head of red cabbage
around 2 lb
Half of a large onion
250
g
of smoked bacon
9 oz
Instructions
Chop all the veggies and bacon.
On medium heat fry bacon and onion until the onion turns translucent and bacon fat melted.
Add cabbage and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for about 30 min on medium low stirring from time to time.
Serve hot!
