Strawberries and Cream Pasta – Makaron z Truskawkami – Ania’s Polish Food Recipe #28

Ingredients:



  • 2 cups of strawberries
  • around 250 grams of pasta
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • few tbs of sugar

Instructions:

  1. Boil your pasta in sugared water (I add two tbs of sugar to the water).
  2. Wash and clean your strawberries. Cut in halves.
  3. Process in a food processor with few tbs of sugar, vanilla extract and cream until smooth.
  4. Serve cold over pasta, garnish with fresh strawberries.
