- 500 g carrots
- 1/2 cup raisins 90 g
- 1/4 cup of avocado oil
- Juice of a half a lemon
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- Grate the carrots.
- Squeeze the lemon and add to the carrots.
- Add raisins, oil and season with salt.
- Mix well and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
