- 500 g cooked beetroots
- 100 g bacon
- 1 tsp all purpose flour
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Using scissors cut the bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp.
- Sprinkle flour and stir.
- Add grated beetroots and stir until all is well combined.
- Cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- At the end lemon juice, stir and serve.
