- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 tbs of sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Put cracked eggs into a mixing bowl.
- Add sugar, salt and beat until pale and fluffy.
- Add milk and flour and beat some more on low.
- Fry on lightly greased with butter pan for couple minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve with icing sugar, jam, maple syrup or honey.
