- 2 cups of strawberries
- around 250 grams of pasta
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- few tbs of sugar
- Boil your pasta in sugared water (I add two tbs of sugar to the water).
- Wash and clean your strawberries. Cut in halves.
- Process in a food processor with few tbs of sugar, vanilla extract and cream until smooth.
- Serve cold over pasta, garnish with fresh strawberries.
