Ingredients:
- 300g of frozen Brussel sprouts
- 50g of smoked bacon
- 2 tbs of unsalted butter
- 1 tsp of salt
Instructions:
- Bring pot of water to a boil.
- Add salt and butter and then the Brussel sprouts.
- Cook for 5 to 15 minutes depending how tender you like them. Drain.
- Cut the bacon in small pieces and fry until crisp.
- Add cooked Brussel sprouts and fry together for 5 more minutes.
