- 1/4 cup of butter
- 2 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- thick slices of bread
- Add butter, garlic, salt and olive oil into the small food processor. Process until smooth and then add parsley and process for 30 more seconds.
- Spread the garlic butter on both sides of bread slices and arrange on the wire wrack placed on a baking sheet.
- Bake for around 16 to 20 min in the oven preheated to 200C/400F until golden brown.
